Refund & Return Policy

At Bailiwick Trails Ltd, we take pride in crafting immersive outdoor experiences. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund policy on all digital trail purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

Valid Reasons for a Refund

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • One or more key landmarks referenced in the trail are missing, inaccessible, or have been permanently removed.
  • Public rights of way needed to complete the trail are temporarily or permanently closed with no viable alternative route.
  • Trail clues or instructions are unclear, incomplete, or contain errors that make the trail unsolvable.
  • Accidental duplicate purchases of the same trail.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to complete the trail due to personal schedule changes or lack of time.
  • Loss of interest or unsupervised children disrupting the experience.
  • Trails that were completed but not found enjoyable or challenging enough.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at admin@bailiwicktrails.com with the following:

  • Your full name and email used for purchase
  • Order confirmation number
  • Trail name and date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request (including evidence if applicable, e.g. photo of blocked path or removed sign)

We aim to process refund requests within 3–5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
